At Rata Health, we pride ourselves in providing our patients with the best possible care and treatment and welcome any opportunity to improve our service. All feedback - good and bad is welcome! If you have suggestions that could help us, or you are unhappy with our service, please let us know, so we can fix it!
THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS BY WHICH YOU CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT OR OFFER FEEDBACK:
You are able to phone and discuss with our Complaints Officer & Manager your comment, compliment or complaint on 07 855 7824, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Alternatively, you can complete the online feedback form below.
All written complaints will be acknowledged in writing within five working days of being received unless the complaint is resolved within that time.
